Silvia Moggia

Product Marketing Strategist & Data Storyteller. The Data Appeal Company

Of Italian-Argentinean origin, raised in Cinque Terre, with a degree in Conservation of Cultural Heritage and a specialisation in Cultural Mediation and Entertainment Management obtained in France; after a year at the international agency IMG, she began working in managing programming and artistic direction of the Paris Opera in 1998 and was then appointed director of production and programming at the Palau de les Arts Reina Sofia in Valencia in 2005.

She has been back in Italy since 2011 for family reasons, reconverting to the tourism industry. She recently completed a master’s degree in hospitality 360 at Cornell University after taking a course in tourism management at the same university.

She runs her family’s boutique hotel in Levanto; she deals with promotion and development for other accommodations and destination facilities and is a Product Marketing Strategist & Data Storyteller for The Data Appeal Company, where she runs Officina Turistica. In her spare time, she travels and writes her own blog about independent solo travel.
