Emma is a destination strategist who hybridizes territorial marketing, social innovation and creativity to make tourism a catalyst for change, possible everywhere and shared by all.
She has worked for important national and international companies, including TripAdvisor, TTG, World Travel Market, and Isango (TUI). She has been a consultant for public bodies in Italy and Europe for the promotion of smart, creative, inclusive and sustainable destinations.
In 2014, she founded Destination Makers, a benefit consulting firm known for the Recharge in Nature campaign. Cellphone-free refuges in the Dolomites’, created to support the restart after the Vaia Storm, and which became a case study with over 19 thousand applicants from all over the world.
She coordinates the ‘destination’ topic in the scientific committee of BTO Florence; she is a speaker at the main events in Italy and a visiting lecturer at universities.
