After graduating with a degree in Business Economics from Bocconi University, she obtained a Master’s in Marketing and Corporate Communication from Ateneo Impresa/Confindustria. After her first experiences at J. P. Morgan and Renault Italia, from 1997 to 2000, she was at Iha/Gfk Italia as client service manager of the research institute. From 2000 to 2010, she was director of research & marketing at Initiative Media Milano.
In July 2010, she moved to Henkel Italia as head of all planning and public relations activities and media investments for all the Group’s product lines. In May 2016, she joined Reckitt Benckiser Italia as Head of Media RB Italy.
Since March 2018, she has held the role of Media Director at L’Oréal Italia
